Our secluded location along with the friendly residents, give that private community feel. We are professionally managed by Montage Community Services and have peace of mind with security guards patrolling the neighborhood.

To unwind and get our exercise we have the privilege of access to the White Oak Bayou trails which are part of Houston’s Bayou Greenways 2020 project with great scenic views. You can ride your bike from these trails to TC Jester Park, the Heights, Downtown, and Minute Maid Park, if you really want a challenge.
